4.2 — Withdrawal Terms

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. ck5444 processes withdrawals only to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit on the account, or to a verified account in your own name.

4.3 — Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a legitimate deposit to ck5444 constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If a chargeback is successfully lodged by your payment provider, ck5444 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any winnings associated with the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of the original deposit amount and any associated costs by all available legal means. If you believe a transaction on your account was made in error, you must contact ck5444 support directly before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 — Wagering Requirements

5.2 — Game Contributions

5.3 — Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not yet been completed, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is ৳500 unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
5.4 — Bonus Abuse
ck5444 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure; coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, ck5444 reserves the right to void the applicable bonus, recalculate the account balance to exclude bonus-derived winnings, and — in serious cases — permanently close the account.

ck5444 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of the above prohibited conduct. The consequences may include, without limitation, immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances where funds are found to be proceeds of prohibited activity), and referral to law enforcement where legally required.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 — Closure by the Player

7.3 — Closure by ck5444
ck5444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling; a chargeback or reversal that cannot be resolved; or any other circumstance where continued operation of the account is judged to pose a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. Where an account is closed for a suspected breach, ck5444 will withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Liability & Disclaimer

8.3 — Force Majeure
